Tianshu Kuai is a Toronto-based illustrator and designer who grew up in Zhuhai, China, and graduated from OCAD University. Her experience on the two continents gave her virtues of eastern and western ways of thinking and aesthetics to draw inspiration from.
A large focus of her work is on narrative and editorial subject matters about cultural, social and mental concerns. She is preoccupied with delicate and detailed lines work and whimsical colour combinations in storytelling.
